 | Carl H. Snyder |
| Carl is originally from northern New York State. He and his wife currently reside in Ithaca located in the Finger Lakes Region. They have 3 adult daughters and one grandson. He enjoys hunting, fishing, trapping, canoeing and camping. His hobbies include woodworking and spending time with his grandson. He earned his degree in Forestry from Paul Smiths College in '71 and his original real estate salesperson license in '75. He worked part time for 2 different Brokers until he was transferred with his primary employer to the Southern Tier of NYS. Carl worked in management and sales within the building material supply / construction industry for over 25 years and rediscovered the real estate business in 2001 and more particularly the land business. He worked for 2 different land development companies and another Broker before earning his broker's license and starting NY Land Quest. He has completed land acquisitions, subdivisions and sold land in most regions of NYS. Carl is always very interested in helping a customer in their quest for land and customers that are seeking to sell their land. | Gary & Jackie reside in Kirkwood, NY in a beautiful country setting on 60+ acres in a cabin that they custom built. They have 5 adult children and nine grandchildren that keep them busy. Gary retired from IBM in 1998 after 33 years and decided to try another career. Loving the outdoors, he has enjoyed the last nine years working in land acquisitions for an upstate land developer. Jackie is a retired beautician and electrologist having her own business for several years. For the past six years, Jackie has worked with Gary in researching land for acquisitions. Gary & Jackie enjoy outdoor activities including boating, fishing and hunting. Gary is the Director of Records for the New York State Big Buck Club and is also a measurer for Boone & Crockett. Jackie enjoys working in her garden and photographing wildlife. Recently they decided to continue their passion for land and the great outdoors and complete the required course of study for their real estate license. Danielle lives in rural Washington County in upstate New York with her husband and two children. During the summer, the family enjoys kayaking down the picturesque Battenkill River and spending time at the family camp in the Adirondacks near Lake Champlain. Throughout the winter, they spend most of their free time downhill skiing.
Danielle enjoys expressing her creativity by gardening and landscaping around her home as well as designing garden planters that she sell at local shops and farmers markets.
Her background in Environmental biology as well as her degree in Interior Design reflects her passion for good design that is respectful to the environment.

| Originally from Texas, Melissa has lived in Upstate New York for the past 16 years and currently resides in Lansing, NY. She has worked for several non-profits while living in New York, specializing in technology and resource development. Melissa is a member of the Friends of Lansing Community Library where she manages the library's website and assists with fundraising. She is a poet and writer and has had several poems published in literary journals across the United States. She enjoys hiking in the spring and summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Fall is Melissa's favorite season, and she loves driving the country roads to photograph the colorful leaves and light.
